• 1.1 Sponsor: The sponsor of this Contest is Cambridge Suites Hotels.
• 1.2 Eligibility: The cambridge reconnect Contest (the "Contest") is open only to residents of Canada. No purchase necessary.
• 1.3 Contest Period: Starting at 12:00 pm ATL, on the first day of each month to time of prize selection at 10:00 am on the first business day of the following month.
• 1.4 How to Enter: Eligible entrants may participate in the Contest by completing the online entry form at http://www.cambridgesuiteshotels.com/reconnect/contest/index.php before 10:00 am ATL on on the last day of the month. Only entries that include valid information in each field of the entry form will be considered a valid entry.
• 1.5 Contest Entry Restrictions: Upon submitting a completed entry form, eligible entrants will be entered into the Contest for one (1) chance to win. All Entries must include one valid email address. Entrants are restricted to one (1) entry per valid email address per month. Entries including the same email address will be considered, for purposes of the Contest, to belong to the same Entrant.
• 1.6 Conditions of Entry: Entrants agree to receive future news from Cambridge Suites Hotels via email.
• 1.7 Prize: The Prize for the cambridge reconnect is a one night stay at a cambridge suites hotel using a reconnect my way package. Selection of the winner will be made at Monthly Draw on first day of each month. The prize must be booked and used before six months from your win.
• 1.8 Awarding of the Prize: The Prize will be awarded to the Entrant whose contact information is submitted on the entry form, provided the information is true, valid and genuine. Prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers of the Prize will be allowed.
• 1.9 Prize Winning Odds: The odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries submitted.
• 1.10 Definition & Notification of Winner: A potential Winner is randomly selected from among all eligible Entrants, and, if not present at the draw, will be notified by telephone or email. If the selected Entrant cannot be contacted within 48 hours, another Entrant will be randomly selected, and the Entrant(s) previously selected will become disqualified, and will have no recourse. In order to win, the first Entrant successfully contacted must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question, to be administered by telephone. Upon failing to answer correctly, the Entrant becomes disqualified and potential Winner is selected.
• 1.11 Prize Claim Verification: Each Prize claim is subject to verification by Cambridge Suites Hotels and/or its designated representatives. Cambridge Suites Hotels will be the sole and final reference source in validating a Prize claim.
• 1.12 Entrants' Commitments: By participating, each Entrant agrees: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Cambridge Suites Hotels, (b) to release and hold harmless Cambridge Suites Hotels, its affiliates, and subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest.
• 1.13 Entrants' Permission: By participating, each Entrant agrees to allow Cambridge Suites Hotels to publish his or her name and photo as Entrant in, or as Winner of, the Contest.
• 1.14 As Concerns Entry Failures: Cambridge Suites Hotels shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of Contest entry information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service, website or form, inability to submit the online Entry, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest, or for late, lost, stolen or misdirected entries.
• 1.15 Cancellation: Cambridge Suites Hotels reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Contest, at its sole discretion.
• 1.16 This Contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and local laws, as well as the rules adopted in view of said laws.
• 1.17 The personal and contact information provided by Entrants to enter the Contest will be used to administer the Contest, and to deliver future news from the hotel via email.
